We had Christmas with a twist and opted for a Thai-inspired celebration, drawing inspiration from the recent trip we had just returned from. We shared the festive spirit with our Abinchi family at Hockley Social Club’s Artum cafe.

For our starter, we enjoyed a refreshing cold chicken or halloumi-mango Thai noodle salad with a homemade sesame ginger dressing. The main course featured a choice between beef or sweet potato and tofu Massaman curry, served with lemongrass-infused coconut rice. The night concluded with a bananas foster flambéed in dark rum.

Welcoming new faces in new locations is always an exciting experience for the Abinchi team, and it was no different on December 18th, 2023.
